[ARCHIVED] Terroristic Threats, Drug Sales Send Defendants to State Prison

HONESDALE --Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announces the following cases addressed by the President Judge Janine Edwards in Wayne County Court on June 18.

RYAN CARTWRIGHT, 31, of Philadelphia was sentenced to the State Correctional Institution for a period of not less than 15 months nor more than 60 months for one count of Terroristic Threats (M1), one count of Theft of Services (M2), two counts of Disorderly Conduct (S), one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine (M), and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and a fine in the amount of $200.00. The first incident occurred on December 31, 2019 through January 5 in Paupack Township. The second incident occurred on January 8, in Paupack Township.

JUSTIN DAVIS, 30, of Lake Ariel was sentenced to the State Correctional Institution for a period of not less than 12 months nor more than 60 months for one count of Possession With Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance Heroin (F) and one count of Possession of Small Amount Marijuana (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and pay a fine in the amount of $100.00. The first incident occurred on January 14 in Salem Township. The second incident occurred on March 7 in Salem Township.

DIANNA MULLINS, 55, of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 8 months nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver 14 pounds of Marijuana (F). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and continue with drug and alcohol treatment and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on November 14 in Cherry Ridge.

JUSTIN BLANKE, 28. of Honesdale was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 140 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Criminal Conspiracy-Theft (F3). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $41,184.13 to Taco Bell, and participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with his drug and alcohol assessment. The incident occurred on September 28 through November 29 in Texas Township.

DEVYN SULLIVAN, 2,6 of Honesdale  was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 98 days nor more than 23 ½ months for one count of Criminal Conspiracy-Theft (F3). She was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, pay restitution in the amount of $41,184.13 to Taco Bell, and participate in and cooperate with the drug and alcohol addiction treatment in accordance with her drug and alcohol assessment. The incident occurred on September 28, through November 29 in Texas Township.

ALAN BURDICK, 49, of Waymart was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 91 days nor more than 18 months for one count of Criminal Trespass (F2) and one count of Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine (M). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, continue with drug and alcohol treatment, continue with mental health treatment, and pay a fine in the amount of $25.00. The incident occurred on February 6 in Clinton Township.

ANGELO TERRANOVA, 21, of Damascus was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 90 days nor more than 18 months, for one count of Retail Theft-Take Merchandise (M1). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on July 22 in  Honesdale Borough.

MARK MCGURK, 41, was sentenced to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of not less than 3 months nor more than 6 months for two counts of Disorderly Conduct (M3). He was also ordered to continue with mental health treatment and comply with all recommendations, in addition to completing an anger management program. The incident occurred on August 8, 2017 in Canaan Township.

TATIANA MOORE, 54, of St. James, NY was admitted into the ARD program for 3 months for one count of False Swearing in Official Proceeding (M2) and one count of Unsworn Falsification-Statement Under Penalty (M3). The incident occurred on September 26, 2018 in Texas Township.

MICHAEL MORGAN, 24, of Honesdale, Pa was placed on probation for a period of 12 months for one count of Simple Assault (M3). He was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment, complete an anger management course, and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with any recommendations for treatment. The incident occurred on September 23 in Berlin Township.
