Wayne County Judge Raymond Hamill admitted three individuals into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program on Thursday, Dec, 28:
VINCENT CASABIANCA, 23, of Middletown, NY, was placed on the ARD Program for a period of 6 months related to Driving Under the Influence (DUI). He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 40 hours of community service and have his operator’s privilege suspended for 60 days. The incident occurred on April 15 in Cherry Ridge Township,. His blood test revealed a controlled substance.
ROBERT IESALS, 55, of Bayville, NJ, was placed on the ARD Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 40 hours of community service and have his operator’s privilege suspended for 60 days. The incident occurred on April 29 in Hawley Borough, PA. His blood test revealed a BAC of .250%.
RICHARD JANSSEN, 56, of Lake Ariel was placed on the ARD Program for a period of 6 months related to DUI. He was also ordered to pay all Court costs and perform 40 hours of community service and have his operator’s privilege suspended for 60 days. The incident occurred on June 8, 2017 in Salem Township, PA. He refused a blood test.
