Jocelyn Cramer

 Jocelyn Cramer has had a business management career that has spanned more than 25 years, in the non-profit, medical and financial sectors. She served as the executive director of SEEDS (Sustainable Energy Education & Development Support) from 2013 to 2018 and currently serves on their board of directors. She is married to Michael Rollison, a commercial lender at Honesdale National Bank. They live in Damascus Township.

Jocelyn also serves on the board of The Cooperage Project in Honesdale and Sustainable Energy Fund near Allentown.

As a Commissioner, she will chair the Wayne County Board of Elections and represent the Commissioners on the Wayne County Behavioral & Developmental Programs/Early Intervention Advisory Council, the Local Emergency Planning Committee and the Stourbridge Advisory Board.
