Agriculture Education in Schools
Wayne Tomorrow! assisted in reintroducing agricultural education in the local school district curricula, which resulted in the reintroduction of Future Farmers of America

Arduino Day
In 2017, the Wayne County Stourbridge Project hosted its first Arduino Day, bringing together real world maker and those who want to be for an educational and entertaining forum celebrating the Arduino, an open-source, low-cost prototyping board.

Chamber of Commerce Merger
In 2014, the three regional chambers of commerce serving businesses in Wayne County merged into a single, stronger entity now known as the Chamber of the Northern Poconos.

Wayne Tomorrow aims to develop hubs within the geographic areas of the County where residents and visitors can meet, share, have social and educational activities.

With the expansion of the craft beer brewery industry in Wayne County, Wayne Tomorrow is organizing fact-finding activities around hops and barley.

A website created by the Sustainability Working Group and containing comprehensive information what, where and how to recycle a multitude of items. It also includes tips for reducing and reusing items.

Pop Up Club
In the fall of 2017, The Cooperage Project began offering a Pop Up Club for Middle School age students. The after-school program provides a wide range of activities in and around the community, conquering topics from coding and robotics to pizza making at a local restaurant.

Project SEARCH
Wayne Memorial Hospital, the three local school districts and the County Office of Behavioral and Developmental Programs came together to create a Project SEARCH Program to provide expanded opportunities for meaningful employment for special needs students.

Prototyping Lab
As part of the Stourbridge Project Business Incubator, a prototyping lab including a 3D printer and other equipment has been established.

Rocket Composting Machine
The Wayne Highlands School District with assistance from Wayne County received a grant to purchase a Rocket Compost machine to help reduce food waste generated by the schools' cafeteria program.

Senior Farmers Market Access
This is an effort to give Senior Citizens easy access to fresh produce with adding to the busy market schedule of many farmers.

Solar Array at Stourbridge Project
Working with the Clean Energy Cooperative, the Wayne County Commissioners have proposed a solar power project on the roof of the Stourbridge Project, which will include an educational kiosk about sustainable energy and this project in particular.

Wayne Tomorrow assisted with the launch of a grassroots effort to develop the riverfront in Honesdale Borough. The collaboration has grown to encompass and rails and trails project to Hawley and beyond.

Wayne County Economic Growth Fund
This fund provides grants to for-profit entities for the purpose of undertaking activities that will encourage and support economic growth and job creation within Wayne County, PA. The program is administered by WEDCO on behalf of the County Commissioners.

Wayne County Park Street Kitchen & Café
The training Kitchen & Café allows youth and those with disabilities or others with barriers to employment, an opportunity to learn pre-employment skills, receive food safety training and to participate and give back to their community.

In 2015, Wayne Tomorrow and the Wayne County Department of Planning / GIS produced a comprehensive map and inventory of recreational facilities in the county.
