Food Pantry Program

The Wayne County Food Pantry Program provides nutritious shelf staples to supplement the applicant’s food budget on a regular monthly basis. The food items vary, and are dependent upon what may be available from the U.S Department of Agriculture, what food has been privately donated, and what may be purchased with available funds and monetary donations. Typically, a monthly food bag may contain canned fruit, meat, vegetables, potatoes, spaghetti, etc.
