The Healing Power of Music Therapy Group

Sessions will focus on the many psychological benefits of music, healing through music and using music to cope with stress and overwhelming emotions. Participants will create and express themselves in music and dance, finding strength and purpose, and building connections. Open to patients age 18 and older. Group facilitated by Tim Gladson, LPC, and Kirsten Havira, LPC.
