The presenter will also describe programs that can help to reduce utility bills for eligible consumers, such as the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the federal Weatherization Assistance Program. The program is presented by the National Center on Law & Elder Rights and the presenter is Jennifer Bosco of the National Consumer Law Center.
